We consider all children in a broader social context, where educators value the importance of consistent routines between home and Lilypad each day. Individual routines cater for your little one's specific needs.

Learning is scaffolded through planned and play-based learning experiences that are designed to enhance the five vital developmental areas (language, social, physical, cognitive & emotional).

We place emphasis on music, integrating song, rhythm, rhyme and dance into everyday routines and activities. By doing so, we are fostering language development, emotional regulation and brain growth. Sensory play is also embedded as your little one learns through sight, sound, touch, taste and smell.

Our educators actively respond and initiate interactions and communication with your little one to ensure that they know just how valued and important they are in our Lilypad environments. With the underlying principle of Serve and Return, our educators remain consistently attuned to your baby or toddler.

We understand that the brain's architecture is in a critical stage of development where these significant responses are vital. We focus on building a foundation of mutual trust and safety which is necessary for an infant or toddler to feel confident and competent to explore, grow and interact in a shared, social environment.

You will remain connected to your child’s day at Lilypad through an interactive app in which daily photos and stories are uploaded to a shared platform with added private messaging and routine updates.
